Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of fmail, including the website, public API, and disposable inboxes. By using fmail, you agree to these terms.
The Service
fmail provides short-lived, receive-only disposable email inboxes. It is built for low-risk signups, email verification, software testing, and avoiding spam. fmail is not a permanent email account, secure mailbox, identity provider, or storage service.
Important Limits
- Messages may expire, be deleted, fail to arrive, or be unavailable at any time.
- Unprotected inboxes are public to anyone who knows the username and domain.
- Protected inboxes are still temporary and should not be used for sensitive accounts.
- fmail does not currently support sending email from disposable addresses.
- Domains may be changed, blocked by third-party websites, or removed from the service.
Acceptable Use
You may use fmail only for lawful, non-abusive purposes. You are responsible for how you use any disposable address or API call.
You may not use fmail to send or facilitate spam, phishing, malware, credential theft, fraud, harassment, illegal content, evasion of bans or security controls, mass account creation, unauthorized access, or activity involving regulated goods or services. You may not overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass rate limits or abuse controls.
API And Automation
The API is provided on a fair-use basis. We may throttle, block, change, or discontinue endpoints, domains, or API behavior without notice to protect reliability, security, or legal compliance. Do not depend on fmail for business-critical workflows unless you have written permission from us.
Deletion And Availability
Messages are designed to delete automatically after a short retention period or when inbox caps are reached. Deleted and expired messages cannot be recovered. We do not guarantee delivery, uptime, inbox availability, domain reputation, or compatibility with third-party services.
Suspension And Abuse Response
We may reject emails, block requests, disable domains, remove data, or restrict access if we believe the service is being abused, attacked, used unlawfully, or placing users or infrastructure at risk.
Disclaimers
fmail is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost messages, missed verifications, blocked accounts, service interruptions, data loss, third-party decisions, or indirect or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. The latest version will be posted on this page. Continued use of fmail after changes means you accept the updated terms.
